Camp and Project Specialist - Summer 2025 - Work Study or Regular Pay

There are 3 separate positions available for summer 2025.
    Camp and Project Specialist (CPS)
    Summer Hall Resident Assistant
    Goodhue Front Desk Attendant

All three positions:
    --  May 19-August 9th
            Optional an additional week until August 15
    --  Pay Rate:  $13 per hour
    --  All positions includes possible nights and weekends on a rotating basis.

All positions will remain open until all positions are filled.  Initial application deadline is Monday, February 17, 2025 as interviews will begin around February 24, 2025.  

More detailed position descriptions will be available during the interview process. 
    General descriptions include:


        CPS - works with camps - assist with check ins, check outs, preparing for camps, as well as provide campus-wide duty in occupied buildings during camps.  The CPS staff will also assist with some projects throughout the summer that includes key audits, possible furniture moving, etc.  Anticipated average of 30-40 hours per week.  Also provided in the CPS position is a single air-conditioned room in Ma'iingan Hall during the summer.  CPS staff are required to live on campus and therefore this housing is included in the position at no cost.

      Summer RA - provide support to students in Pulliam Summer Hall.  Include working the Pulliam desk and nightly duty.  Anticipated average of 20 hours per week.    Also provided in the RA position is a single air-conditioned room in Pulliam Hall during the summer.  Summer RA staff are required to live on campus and therefore this housing is included in the position at no cost.

   Goodhue Front Desk Attendant - provide support to University Housing main desk in Goodhue for packages and guest housing operation.  In addition this position will assist in preparing check in packets for camp participants and serve as the first point of contact for camp participants during the business day.   These staff members are not required to live on campus but summer housing is available to Goodhue Front Desk Attendants in Pulliam for an additional cost ($400 for the entire summer).  Anticipated number of weekly hours is 20-30.

All positions will require for one reference to be submitted.  You will be expected to provide the name and email of one reference and University Housing will send them a reference form for the reference to complete.
