We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator who is fluent in Japanese to join our team. The ideal candidate will help us expand our reach and impact on various social media platforms, particularly targeting Japanese-speaking audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our organization's goals, focusing on mental health awareness and education in the Japanese market.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across multiple social media platforms (LINE, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop psychology-focused content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts.
- Develop educational materials and resources that provide mental health information, tips, and strategies to the public. Use psychological frameworks to present complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns focused on mental health awareness, destigmatization, and promoting the company's services. Apply psychological insights to craft messaging that resonates with the target audience and encourages positive action.
- Work closely with mental health professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited psychology, marketing, or related program at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Strong understanding of psychological theories and principles related to mental health.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex psychological information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Fluent on illustration and video creating and production via AI tools.
