What You'll Do
• Work with Learning and Development team members to design and develop engaging, innovative, and effective online course materials to achieve desired learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to create new and review and revise existing learning content.
• Create solutions that are focused on adult learning principles and various instructional design methods.
• Ensure learner experiences are inclusive of varying learning needs and styles.
• Maintain and organize documentation, including course content, instructional design processes, timelines and feedback summaries.
What Is a Must Have
- Education: Pursuing or completing a bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Instructional Technology or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with educational platforms such as Learning Management Systems and Authoring Tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex information.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable working and collaborating in small groups.
- Understanding of adult learning theories.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
