Job Description:
PryorHealth is looking for a driven Social Media Manager to craft and implement social media strategy across its growing network of plastic surgery and medical spa businesses. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s social media operations across various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities include production and editing of content, responding to and interacting with users promptly and professionally, interfacing with sales and marketing team members to ensure a cohesively branded approach to platform marketing. The goal is to attract and engage with targeted communities and users to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. The Social Media Manager should have a comprehensive understanding of how each social media platform works and how to optimize content to foster engagement on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
Salary will be competitive based upon experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute social media strategic plans through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Ensure the PryorHealth brand aesthetic is carried through all content and messaging published via social media.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Assist social media liaisons at other locations with content as needed.
- Create an annual social media Calendar detailing each medium deliverable and timing. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Working with marketing creating a channel flow through from organic social to CRM.
- Engage and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Manage and respond to online reviews on the different review sites.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating a comprehensive social media presence through curation of unique content as a catalyst for engagement.
- Excellent video capture & video editing, photography & image editing, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with video capturing and editing.
- Proficiency with social platform analytical tools.
- Proficiency with utilizing the latest generative AI tools for creative tasks.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English (fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required)
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations and/or another relevant field
