Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality TOEFL preparation courses to students at various proficiency levels.
  • Design and adapt lesson plans to meet individual and group learning needs.
  • Provide personalized feedback to help students strengthen their English language skills.
  • Monitor progress and tailor teaching strategies to maximize student outcomes.
  • Administer and evaluate mock exams to replicate the TOEFL testing experience.
  • Stay updated on TOEFL format changes and ensure alignment in course content.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of educators to enhance teaching practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievements.

 

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications:
    • TESOL/TEFL certification or equivalent is required.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Deep understanding of TOEFL exam content, scoring, and test-taking strategies.
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in fostering an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Passion for teaching and student success.
    • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural educational setting.
  • Work Authorities and Language Requirements:
    • Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English is required
    • Candidate must has valid work authorities working in China without any sponsorship
