Position Overview
As an Early Childhood Soccer Coach, you'll bring our acclaimed curriculum to life for children ages 18 months to 12 years. Our coaches aren't just instructors – they're mentors who become heroes in the eyes of their young players, creating an environment where learning and fun go hand in hand.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging, high-energy, 50 min soccer classes that combine fundamental soccer skills with developmental milestones
- Implement creative games and activities that make learning fun and accessible for young children
- Create a positive, encouraging environment that helps build confidence in young players
- Work collaboratively with fellow coaches to deliver our renowned curriculum
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your coaching skills
Schedule & Commitment
- Part-time position: 5-10 hours per week
- Required availability: Saturdays and Sundays 8:15 AM - 12:00 PM
- 12-week seasonal commitment
- Additional weekday hours available for interested coaches
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $15.25 per hour
- Pay increase upon completion of training
- Comprehensive paid training program

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (degree holders preferred)
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Available for weekend morning sessions (Sat & Sun 8:15 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Soccer experience is NOT required – we provide complete training!
