Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves educating and supporting students in their developmental milestones, ensuring they receive the best possible start in their educational journey.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, creativity, and exploration.
  • Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their unique needs and learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess student progress in literacy education and other developmental areas.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and cooperation among students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom space conducive to learning and play.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience in tutoring or working in daycare settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with literacy education strategies for young learners.
  • Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
  • Passion for educating young children and promoting their overall development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
