Program Assistant
About Us… the formal stuff:
No More Under is a 501(c)(3) non-profit on a mission to end preventable drowning deaths. Drowning is a leading cause of death for young children, with tragically higher rates in Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, and underserved communities. We're tackling this crisis head-on by providing water safety education, advocating for stronger legislation, and increasing equitable access to swimming lessons. Join our team and make a real difference.
About Us… the less formal, but equally important stuff:
We are a small team with HUGE passion. We all come from different backgrounds and have different lived experiences, which combined, creates a beautiful environment. We work to build a safe space where we can ask each other questions and learn from each other constantly. We have a largely collaborative approach, which is integral to our success as a team of less than ten employees.
We encourage boundaries and self-care, while understanding that there may be times where we need to step up and step in for a team member who needs a little extra support. We own our mistakes, but we equally celebrate ourselves, our teammates, and our achievements as a group. No More Under is a team, and we’re looking for someone who will fully embody being a new team member.
