Floor Operations Supervisor

For the last years, we have been in a state of hyper-growth which continues as the consumer demand for our services continues to grow. We are rapidly growing in the US, where we soon will open our fourth broadcasting studio and we have products available in five states.

Summary

The Floor Operations Supervisor will be charged with the responsibility to ensuring operational excellence at all times. 

The main responsibility of a floor operations supervisor is to give full consideration to Game Presenters' (Online Casino Dealer) needs, our company's goals and business needs, and to find a balance between both. The well-being of the team and the smooth running of the business are to be considered of equal priority whilst performing floor supervision duties.

Many of these tasks are performed ad hoc and are often unpredictable. It is vital that a person in this position uses good judgement to make the right decision for the operation while always showing the highest level of character.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Game Presenters’ productivity and provide Manage, supervise, coach, motivate and build team spirit
  • Organizing workflow and ensuring that Game Presenters understand their duties or delegated tasks.
  • Present new ideas and policies to prospective teams
  • Work within your own team/s to produce the required results and to meet Company targets
  • Analyze employee data and performance
  • Manage employee expectation and eventual requests
  • Establish and maintain cross departmental cooperation
  • Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)
  • Handle disciplinary cases
  • Manage projects and deadlines set by your direct managers
  • Propose initiatives and ideas that will benefit the department
  • Manage ad-hoc situations which may occur on shift in appropriate manner
  • Be stationed within the studio environment or in MCR for 80% of your shift

Qualification Requirements and Competences

  • Technically proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ability to function as a GP during probationary period 
  • The ability to work flexible hours 
  • Managerial courage to lead and hold others accountable 
  • Prompt and organized
