Position Details

• Location: Jacksonville, Florida.
• Priority Need: Monday evenings, 6:00–8:00 PM.
• Responsibilities:
  • Assist students struggling with foundational math concepts.
  • Provide both group and individualized support during tutoring sessions.
  • Collaborate with the lead instructor to plan and deliver engaging activities.
  • Develop and teach your own lesson plans to build real-world teaching experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and completed activities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a College of Education program.
• Strong understanding of math education, particularly middle and high school levels.
• Effective communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• Reliable, responsible, and flexible.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check prior to the start date.
