Bilingual Office/Social Media Assistant

Terracare, Inc, is an established but continuously growing dynamic landscaping company looking to add a proactive Bilingual Office/Social Media Assistant to join our team not only to assist us in maintaining a productive and efficient office environment but also to continue to grow and expand.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow (includes phone calls/ mail, etc)
*Answer and direct phone calls
*Manage vendor invoices to prepare for payment
*Manage office supplies/equipment inventory
*Assist with accounts receivables by making calls when necessary
*Filing on a weekly basis and making sure existing files are organized
*Social media / Instagram postings – to be discussed
Qualifications:
*Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
*Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and will train on in-house program
*Strong social media skills, specifically Facebook and Instagram
*Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
*Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 4pm @ $18 per hr to start.
