As our team is growing, Truity Partners is searching for a Sales & Recruiting Intern to join our Chicago office! This is a paid internship that could turn into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate upon graduation!

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the recruitment of Finance & Accounting professionals by assisting with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and creating job postings
  • Perform administrative tasks such as checking references and coordinating background checks.
  • Assist with managing the database by updating candidate information, formatting resumes and adding files.
  • Perform initial screening of job applicants and document in database.
  • Ad-hoc projects as requested.

 

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, human resources, or related field
  • Current Junior or Senior
  • Ability to work 18+ hours per week
  • Desire to work with people in a sales driven organization
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and priorities
