Our CEO is a visionary leader looking for a highly capable Business Operations Manager to turn ideas into actionable results. This role is pivotal in executing the company’s vision and driving projects to completion.

Position Overview:

As the Business Operations Manager, you will serve as the right-hand person to the CEO, overseeing the majority of the company’s projects and responsibilities. You will act as a trusted leader, managing operations, resolving staff issues, and ensuring the seamless execution of key initiatives. With authority over the majority of daily business decisions, you’ll play a critical role in the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage projects across all areas of the business, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision.
• Decision-Making: Handle the majority of business decisions, bringing only critical items to the CEO for final approval.
• Operational Oversight: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects and processes run smoothly.
• Staff Management: Resolve employee issues and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Execution of Vision: Translate the CEO’s strategic goals into actionable plans and outcomes.
• Travel: Conduct light travel, mostly day trips, with one overnight trip per month.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management and operational leadership roles.
• Strong ability to execute strategic visions and deliver results.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with the Outdoor Hospitality Industry and/or construction project management is a plus but not imperative with the focus on the ideal team player who is hungry, humble, and smart.

Work Environment:

This position is based out of our home office in Sapulpa, OK.
