Responsibilities and tasks:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback to identify trends and insights.
- Create communication strategies to enhance customer interactions.
- Collaborate to address customer needs and deliver exceptional service experiences.
- Prepare and present findings through reports, presentations, and storytelling techniques.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative approaches to customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Help maintain accurate records and manage multiple assignments effectively while adhering to deadlines.
- Other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Prior customer service experience in retail, service, or call center settings is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or similar tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and proposing solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
