What You’ll Do

The Summer Intern, Business Strategy will support the Sr. Director of Foundry Business Strategy in advancing Samsung Foundry’s ecosystem and partnership initiatives. The role involves conducting in-depth research, analyzing strategic opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to enhance collaboration efforts.

Location: Onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 5 days a week 
Reports to: Senior Director, Foundry Business Strategy

  • Research SAFE ecosystem partners, analyzing their roles and contributions.
  • Develop case studies on successful collaborations, identifying best practices.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Create presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and refine strategies.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Pursuing an MBA or Master's degree in Business Analytics; Must have at least 1 academic quarter/semester remaining.
  • Background in Electrical Engineering and/or familiarity with the semiconductor industry or tech markets is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in handling complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and presentation skills.
  • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.
  • You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.
  • Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.
