Paid Summer Internship - Risk Management
The DRPA/PATCO is seeking to hire college students for the 2025 summer season.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the duties, responsibilities, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Assist with risk management projects related to DRPA/PATCO's insurance programs.
- Help establish insurance requirements on relevant lines of coverage for purchase orders and contracts,
- Review and evaluate Certificates of Insurance for compliance.
- Review driver abstracts and perform risk assessments based on established policy.
- Update department intranet page, draft standard operating procedures, provide other project support.
- Evaluate accident and claim trends to develop proactive corrective measures.
- Attend meetings, draft reports, and performs other related.
- Ability to work independently on projects with limited supervision
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
