Sales Analyst
Job Description:
• Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs.
• Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility with attention to part no. obsolescence.
• Assist program manager on large RFQ’s/proposal efforts.
• Ensure all quotes and opportunities are successfully maintained with pricing and shipping date information from inception to booking.
• Provide technical support/answers to customers and dealers technical requests.
• Product demonstration lead for international demonstrations.
• Assist in hosting customers visiting Rochester for Sales and Program efforts.
• Obtain delivery schedule requests from B&P for contractual delivery obligations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems
- Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
- The successful candidate must possess effective time management skills
- The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The successful candidate must possess a high-level of confidence and be a self-starter
- Ability to take on more responsibility over a period of time
- Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $49,500 - $92,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
