Program Support Assistant

As a Program Support Assistant (OA), your typical work assignments may include:

  • Conducting research, evaluating and validating specific data for use in complex reports and studies authored by others.
  • Establishing protocols for incoming data, organizes computerized data sets, and retrieves computerized data
  • Arranging meetings by reserving the space, setting the time, and contacting the individuals expected to attend.
  • Establishing suspense log for Freedom of Information Act requests; collecting data from appropriate staff offices on which to base response; and preparing final reply based on information obtained.
