Key Responsibilities
As an EdTech Content Developer, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to design, create, and implement impactful educational materials.

E-Learning Content Creation
- Develop interactive instructional materials, including videos, quizzes, and infographics.
- Write clear, concise scripts for e-learning videos tailored to adult learners.
- Design gamified learning activities to enhance engagement.

Platform Integration
- Upload and organize educational content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Test e-learning modules for functionality and user-friendliness.

Design and Branding
- Collaborate with the front-end design team to ensure content aligns with platform branding.
- Create visual assets such as diagrams, animations, and slides for educational modules.

Research and Innovation
- Research best practices in instructional design to continuously improve the platform.
- Explore and recommend innovative technologies to enhance learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For

Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia).
- Knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or Thinkific) is a plus.
- Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Ability to write clear and engaging instructional content.
- Attention to detail and creativity in designing educational materials.

Ideal Candidate:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Learning Sciences, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
- Excited to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world EdTech projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
