This role is perfect for college students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in front-end design and development. While this position is project-based and independent, there’s potential for a full-time opportunity as our company grows and secures funding, along with the possibility of receiving stock options in the future.

• Compensation: $20-30 per hour
• Schedule: Flexible, project-based work with pre-determined tasks and hours

Key Responsibilities
As a Front-End Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Website and Mobile App Design
   • Develop front-end designs for our website and mobile app, ensuring they align with company branding.
   • Create seamless, intuitive user experiences for customers and administrators.
2. Visual Branding
   • Design logos and branding assets that reflect our company identity.
3. Client-Facing Pages
   • Build functional and aesthetically pleasing client-facing pages for our website.
4. Mobile App Interfaces
   • Design app interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and consistency.
5. Promotional Content
   • Create banners, graphics, and marketing materials for social media and other promotional efforts.
6. E-Learning Materials
   • Assist in designing instructional videos and other e-learning content.

What We’re Looking For

• Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). At least know what they are.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles is a must.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., logo creation, branding, promotional content).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ideal Candidate:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Eager to build a portfolio with meaningful, real-world projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing independent work.

• Independent Contractor Role:
  This position is for an independent contractor and does not include employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans.
• Confidentiality Requirement:
  As part of this role, you will work with sensitive and proprietary information critical to the company's success. Selected candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement to ensure the protection of trade secrets and intellectual property.
• Flexible Work Arrangement:
  Work hours and tasks will be assigned on a project basis, providing flexibility to manage your schedule independently.
