Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Internship  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about full cycle recruiting and gain practical experience in talent acquisition processes. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join us.  

We also believe in the power of mentorship and networking. Interns will be paired with a new hire buddy who provides guidance and support throughout the program. Interns will also have the chance to engage with colleagues across different departments during office events, enhancing their overall experience and integration into our team.  

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources. 
  • Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.). 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards such as Indeed. 
  • Support the coordination of recruiting events. 
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement sourcing strategies on LinkedIn. 
  • Help with scheduling interviews. 
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment databases. 
  • Assist in creating and distributing offer letters and candidate onboarding. 
  • Provide administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team. 
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
