The Colorado State University Athletic Department has an opening for four (4) Student Equipment Managers to work with Football. Student Equipment Managers will report to the Assistant Equipment Manager, Football.

 

Student Equipment Managers will assist with the day-to-day equipment needs for football. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily practice setup and breakdown, daily laundry (if needed), game day setup and breakdown, issuance, organization, and collection of equipment, maintenance and repair of equipment, assembly and presentation of recruiting displays, and other duties as assigned. Travel to select away contests will also be required.

 Student Equipment Managers are expected and required to be present at all practices and competitions. 

 

Qualifications include: excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently with little direction or oversight, ability to cope with changing priorities, rolling deadlines, and a fast-paced environment. Previous athletic experience preferred, but not required.

 

Applicants must currently be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at Colorado State University, or must be a student in their final semester, carrying enough credits as are required to graduate.

 

This position requires the ability to lift at least 75 lbs, as well as the ability to jog and/or run short distances.

Pay rate: $14.81/hour
