Select Savvy is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY) to join a dynamic school-based team in Chicago, IL. This full-time opportunity is perfect for Clinical Fellows who are excited to begin their career with mentorship and support while making an impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Document and monitor student progress toward therapy goals.
  • Assist with IEP development, implementation, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Eligible for Illinois SLP License and PEL (Professional Educator License).
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and collaboration in a school environment.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
