Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions for students with physical, developmental, or sensory challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each student.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' progress and development.
• Assist students in improving fine motor skills, daily living activities, and mobility.
• Document and report on students' progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes.
• Educate school staff and parents on strategies to promote student independence and success in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
• Previous experience working with students or pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques, equipment, and strategies to improve students' motor and functional abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, occupational therapists, and other school staff.
• Passion for making a positive impact on students' development and education.
