Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students’ needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
• Provide therapy and intervention in both group and individual settings.
• Maintain and update student records, including progress reports and treatment goals.
• Educate school staff and parents on speech and language development and strategies to support students.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License is required.
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators, parents, and specialists.
• Passion for helping students overcome speech and language challenges.
