Campus Center CFS Hospitality Team Member
Position Title: Hospitality Team Member Organization: Campus Facility Services Department/Office: Campus Center Hourly Wage: $13.00/hour

General Purpose:
The Hospitality Team Member is responsible for
helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment within the various building dining areas and assisting Campus Facility Services with the upkeep of the Campus Center. Various shifts will be available between the hours of 12:00pm – 5pm, weekdays when classes are in session.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance Support
- Wipe down tables and chairs with approved cleaning solution, towels, and gloves
- Clean the inside and outside of public microwaves
- Report cleaning suppliesinventory (towels, solutions, gloves) to CFS supervisor
- Straighten furniture
- Throw away trash
- Clean windows/glass spaces
- Monitor public mask dispensers and fill as needed
- Provide high quality customer service to all guests
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Candidates must have at least a 2.0 cumulative IU GPA, or a first semester, first-year student, and be in good judicial standing at the time of application.
- Undergraduate candidates must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours, and graduate candidates must be enrolled in at least 3 credit hours.

- Strong time management and interpersonal relationship skills
- Skill in communicating information to diverse constituents using an educational approach
