Select Savvy is seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with a highly regarded school in the Aurora area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and create individualized plans to address students’ physical and sensory needs.
  • Provide therapy services to help students improve their functional abilities and independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
  • Adapt and develop strategies to help students participate fully in the educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License is required.
  • Previous experience in school-based therapy or pediatrics is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping students reach their full potential.
