Assistant Pool Manager

Job Summary:

Will perform a variety of administrative support duties in support of the Aquatics Manager and Recreation Program Manager. Responsible for overseeing Lifeguards, Water Safety Instructors, Water Aerobics Instructors, and Swim Coaches at Rifle Metro Pool.

Experience and Training:

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Job Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Colorado Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Must pass a background check with results acceptable to the City of Rifle.

Work Experience in Positions Similar or Related to This Job: Required one year of related aquatic experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

This is a part-time, Seasonal position with no benefits, beginning Summer of 2025. The wage range is $17.51 - $21.63 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is open until April 15th.
