Job Description

The Chubb Group of Companies is looking for professionals with a Bachelor's Degree to join our Chubb Associate Program. The pay range for the role is $44,000 to $75,500. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.

Qualifications

 

  • Business or insurance education, experience or familiarity
  • Bachelor's degree in many majors will be considered, with a slight preference to Risk Management or Business majors
  • Some knowledge of insurance concepts, practices, and procedures is desirable
  • Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of windows-based software applications
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
