Church Internship

 

Objectives 

The Rolling Hills Leadership Institute Vision is to train and equip and develop the next generation of faithful church leaders. Internships last 17 weeks for the fall and spring semesters, and 10 weeks for the summer semester. They require 15-20 hours per week working within the church. Interns will have the opportunity to serve in a specific Ministry Area alongside Ministry Leaders and Pastors. They will be challenged in their faith, and intentionally developed and equipped to lead, develop and execute ministry goals.

  • One year past high-school graduation.
  • 15-20 hours per week.
  • Must have a transportation method.

Responsibilities 

  • Serve alongside Specific Ministry Area leadership.
  • Attend all required monthly and weekly meetings of the Leadership Pipeline as well as any Ministry Area specific meetings.
  • **Specific Ministry Area responsibilities will be assigned.
