Food plays a vital role in making sure every camper and staff member has the energy they need for an amazing week. As a Food Service Intern, you'll be at the heart of the action—prepping, serving, and keeping our kitchen running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, cooking, and baking under supervision.
• Serve meals to campers and staff with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Clean and organize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Help with inventory, restocking, and food storage.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work alongside the Head Cook and other team members to ensure smooth meal operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum age: 15 years old.
• Faith in Christ Jesus and a desire to contribute to the camp’s mission and values.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
