Nutritionist Internship

Responsibilities include

  • Managing meals for 15 campers with food allergies. Food allergies include dairy, soy, gluten, nuts, egg and sesame.
  • Properly preparing food for campers to eat and overseeing all meals.
  • Working with head chef and checking all labels of food deliveries
  • Working with and training camp staff

Qualifications

  • Must have completed first year of college
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Knowledge of food/ingredients and comfortable reading food labels.

Compensation includes salary, a travel stipend plus room and board

This position runs from June 12 – August 10, 2025.
