Nutritionist Internship
Responsibilities include
- Managing meals for 15 campers with food allergies. Food allergies include dairy, soy, gluten, nuts, egg and sesame.
- Properly preparing food for campers to eat and overseeing all meals.
- Working with head chef and checking all labels of food deliveries
- Working with and training camp staff
Qualifications
- Must have completed first year of college
- Previous experience working with children
- Knowledge of food/ingredients and comfortable reading food labels.
Compensation includes salary, a travel stipend plus room and board
This position runs from June 12 – August 10, 2025.
