Program & Sponsor Engagement Manager/Senior Manager
IndyHub, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting and engaging young professionals in Indianapolis, is seeking a candidate for Program & Sponsor Engagement Manager/Senior Manager. This role is responsible for driving the development and execution of events and programs that advance IndyHub's mission and objectives. They will work closely with IndyHub sponsors to ensure all areas of their program and sponsorship agreements are being fulfilled. The Program & Sponsor Engagement Manager/Senior Manager will report to the President and CEO.
Program and Event Management:
· Drive the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and events
· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for programs and events
· Ensure effective resource allocation
· Build and lead external committees for programs including, but not limited to, IndyVolved, IndyHub Events Committee, and LINK
· Provide guidance and support, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

· Monitor program/event outcomes and metrics, and provide regular progress reports to the executive team and board of directors
· Brainstorm and develop new program and event ideas as needed to further the IndyHub mission
· Facilitate communication between vendors and partners for events & programs
· Occasionally meet with emerging leaders and new residents through IndyHub’s Meet Indy program
· Every event and/or program will have a lead program manager, the rest of the staff will still assist in the execution of that project as needed to ensure success
Sponsor and Partnership Management
· Work closely with the CEO to fulfill agreements that engage our audience and deliver measurable results for our sponsors
· Execute the delivery of services outlined in partnership agreements with sponsors and partners
· Proactively measure the impact of sponsorship activations and communicate results to the CEO
· Develop and deliver sponsor reports after each signature event and at the conclusion of any other sponsored programs (i.e. at the completion of the 1828 leadership program each year)
· Manage the process to create sponsorship activations for each IndyHub signature event
· Coordinate the creation and distribution of toolkits for partners to promote IndyHub programs
· Optimize each partner's activation budget to deliver results and exceed expectations
· Grow your knowledge of partner activations in order to advise stakeholders on creative ways to meet their goals
Community Development and Engagement:
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, corporations, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government entities
· Collaborate with partners to develop joint initiatives, and leverage resources for maximum impact
· Represent IndyHub at community events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the organization's visibility and influence.
· Deliver an exceptional experience to every person met through first impressions, building trust with colleagues, partners, board leaders and the IndyHub network
· Participate in committees, events, and other duties as assigned as an official IndyHub representative
Operations
· Assist the CEO in the development and tracking of project plans and deliverables using the software provided
· Work closely with the Program and Communication Manager to execute all aspects of IndyHub programming including set up, tear down, and other event logistics as assigned.
· Manage the scheduling of meetings with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders in order to complete assigned tasks
· Track all interactions within the CRM provided
· Volunteer management including identifying, organizing, and communicating, committee meetings and celebrations
· Cross-train on all marketing and communications tools the organization utilizes to assist in that area as needed during any PTO taken by the Program & Communications Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Background that includes a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Willingness to learn and use technology platforms, including but not limited to: Canva, Google Drive, Mailchimp, Wordpress, and HubSpot
· Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment that is focussed on outcomes and requires proactive communication
· This role will require frequent evening and occasional weekend commitments
· High professional standards with the ability to see big picture and manage practical details

IndyHub has a private office in the co-working space of 16-Tech Innovation District. We have a flexible work environment with provided desks and multiple spaces for collaborative work. Our team operates on a hybrid work schedule dependent on community meetings and events. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area may be expected.

Salary Range: $48,000-55,000
