About the Role(s):

The Alternative Investment Client Service / Transfer Agency Intern is a member of a team responsible for monitoring client accounting / transfer agency operations and service levels. The Intern also assists more senior team members with client issues, conversions, reporting and analyses.

Your Intern responsibilities include:

  • Proactively respond to client inquiries daily
  • Work with internal departments to prioritize and resolve / process client requests and deliverables.
  • Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client deliverables/ inquires.
  • Assist in maintaining and reporting on client service-related metrics.
  • Participate in team-based project work and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Currently a junior in college, entering senior year in Fall of 2025.
  • Undergraduate business/finance/accounting majors are strongly preferred with a GPA of 3.3 or higher.
  • Ability to effectively priorities and resolve client needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel
