Business Analyst

Position Summary 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving projects to completion within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires expertise in project planning, data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives. 

Position Responsibilities 

• Lead a team of professionals to plan, execute, and deliver project objectives on time and within budget. 

• Utilize Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) to track study progress, manage site information, and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using tools like MS Projects and Excel. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Veeva eTMF and MaxisIT, to align on project goals and ensure successful outcomes. 

• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current practices and enhance team knowledge. 

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support study teams in meeting their visit date targets. 

• Conduct system upgrade testing using tools like QTest to validate instructions and outcomes. 

• Perform other duties as required.

Position Skills & Qualifications 

• Must be a US Citizen. 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. 

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university. 

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Projects, Excel, CTMS and QTest. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and team members 

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
