Job Description: As an Aflac Benefits Coordinator, you will be a key player in offering financial security and peace of mind to our clients during times of illness or injury. You'll connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that make a real difference.

Benefits and Opportunities

  • Licensing: Interns will be equipped to become licensed independent agents.
  • Earning Potential: Capable of earning between $65,000 to $85,000 per year if you are a hard worker.
  • Advanced Pay: Compensation is earned on an advanced basis, with pay issued up to 24 hours after a policy has been written.
  • Bonus Opportunities: Opportunity to earn up to $13,700 in bonuses in the first year.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with employers to provide tailored benefits solutions using our innovative plans and services.
  • Drive sales and client engagement through company-provided leads, personal networking, and referrals.
  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, both in-person and through remote channels.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to new and existing policyholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Readiness to obtain a health and life insurance license, if not already licensed.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Minimum 18 years of age and pass a criminal background check.
