Position Title: IT Systems Integration Intern (Onsite)

Job Description
The American Land Title Association seeks an IT Systems Integration Intern who is data-driven, curious, and eager to collaborate with staff to move projects forward. The successful candidate will work at the Washington, DC headquarters and assist the IT Manager, and greater IT department, with an array of needs including documentation for current and yet-to-be-created systems across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contributing to research, design, testing, and documentation of various IT systems
- Collaborating on projects with Web Development & Data Team
- Supporting operational tasks like test plans and procedures
- Working with the IT Director & Manager to prepare IT operations for HQ office relocation
- Assisting with technical reports to summarize needs, recommendations, and solutions to IT problems
- Resolving & troubleshooting Tier 1 user support tickets, including but not limited to:
- Computer, hardware, and software setup
- VoIP, printing, scanning, and faxing
- Meeting room preparation
- Contributing to the overall success of ALTA’s IT and Admin Teams, including front desk customer service backup and phone coverage as needed
- Other duties as assigned (e.g. help with major meeting and conference preparations)
Skills and Abilities Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Interest in systems and integrations & data analysis
- Strong communications skills (written, oral)
- Familiarity with hardware and software installations
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Familiarity with Android and iOS devices
- Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States, or hold a visa that permits work in the United States without being sponsored by an employer
- Microsoft Office 365
- Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Adobe Acrobat
- Office equipment e.g. printers, scanners, fax machines, shredders
Additional Information
- Hours: Availability must include (as much as able) Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays onsite at HQ; Part-time/Seasonal/Temporary/Non-exempt
- Wage: $18/hour
