Testing Proctor
Job Description:
-proctor students testing to ensure an equitable testing environment is maintained
-learn and make certain that testing lab policies are followed
-maintain the integrity of test information (ensuring no test data leaves the testing lab)
-make deliveries and run miscellaneous errands across campus
-clean testing area (vacuum, dust, and sanitize testing equipment)
-willing to work 10-15 hours per week (typically in 4-5 hour blocks)
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
-responsible and self motivated with a strong work ethic
-excellent attendance, positive attitude and neat appearance
-good verbal communication skills
-schedule flexibility
-must be fully enrolled for fall semester to work over summer

WORKING HOURS
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-6:00 pm
All University of Akron student employees must meet the designated minimum standards as stated on the Student Employment Eligibility Chart. UA student employees must be 18 years or older at the time of their start date. Any approved remote work conducted by student employees MUST be performed within the state of Ohio.
