The ETAMU University Gallery is seeking students for the position of Gallery Attendant with availability Monday through Friday from 11 am to 5 pm and some evenings.

Students interested in learning more about how art galleries are managed including day to day operations and exhibition installation are encouraged to apply. A background in art is NOT required. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following:

  • Monitor University Gallery to ensure safety of art on display
  • Greet and assist gallery guests
  • Maintain general cleanliness of art gallery
  • Help with installations of art exhibitions
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by the Department of Art
  • Complete accurate timesheet and submit for approval in a timely manner
