We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As a Sales Representative for Hawkeye MedTech, you will play a key role in expanding the reach of the TotalCare Telehealth Station. Your primary responsibility will be to visit assisted living facilities, engage with executives, and promote the benefits of our telehealth solutions. You will be instrumental in educating decision-makers on how TotalCare can improve patient care, reduce costs, and streamline healthcare services in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Visit and build relationships with executives and decision-makers at assisted living facilities.
  • Product Presentation: Demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of the TotalCare Telehealth Station to potential clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each facility and tailor solutions to match their specific challenges.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and outreach.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transition and strong customer relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting telehealth and senior care.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping healthcare providers improve patient care.
  • Experience in the assisted living or senior care industry is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
