2025 Summer Investments Intern (ICS)

We are looking to add an Investments Intern to join our Innovative Captive Strategies team in the Waukee, IA office. Join us for our 11-week summer program for an internship opportunity that will give you invaluable insights into the industry while getting exposure to learning and developing skills related to process improvement within the investments space.

You will:

• Gain knowledge about the capital markets and be part of a team that is managing investments for captive insurance companies.
• Assist with research for the investment portfolios and investment managers of captive insurance companies.
• Be exposed to various domestic and foreign regulatory regimes.
• Support the review & preparation of investment reports and presentations with your strong excel skills.
• Identify efficiencies for current processes.
• Collaborate with other Innovative Captive Strategies teams.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled or in pursuit of enrollment at a 4-year institution.
• Examples of majors prior interns have pursued: Finance, Economics, Business, Math, and others.
• Prior experience with an Investment Software (ex. Morningstar, Bloomberg, etc.) is a plus!
