Physical Therapist

  • Outpatient Rehab experience preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid Indiana license
  • No weekends or holidays required.
  • Sign-On Bonus

JOB SUMMARY AND SPECIFICATIONS

JOB SUMMARY

Under supervision of the clinic manager, develops and implements individual physical therapy programs for all ages designed to maximize patient mobility and function within their physical limitations/disabilities through various physical therapy treatment interventions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional & Technical Skills

Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of physical therapy, competency in performing physical therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills.

Education

Graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy culminating in a minimum of a bachelor of science degree.

License(s) or Certification(s)

Valid physical therapy license in the state of Indiana

Other Skills or Requirements

CPR certification

Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
