Blueprint Solutions, LLC is a leader in clinical office management systems for hearing healthcare clinics, using Java web-based applications.

Our software is cloud-based (Saas), and built on the latest technologies.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to establish strong working relationships with customers and colleagues quickly. Problem-solving comes naturally to this individual. You are detail-oriented and can take ownership of tasks and projects and see them through to completion. You are technology-savvy, well-versed in office software packages, and comfortable with electronic communications and internet technologies in general.

As a Software Specialist, your core responsibilities will include:

● Provide exceptional technical support for Blueprint Solutions’ customers as a member of our software support team via various platforms such as Freshdesk, ConnectWise Control, and telephone

● Lead the training and installation of our clinic management software using Webex and other platforms

● Act as the point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process

● Correctly identify, replicate, and thoroughly document issues for efficient issue management

● Work closely with various departments and collaborate efficiently to ensure proper documentation and resolutions of all findings within Freshdesk and JIRA

● Process client requests for system enhancements or modifications to our evolving software

● Participate in the development of training materials, including video tutorials.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree

• Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Ability to quickly establish strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Customer-first attitude to clearly communicate details to customers with varying technical abilities in a clinical setting 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
