About the Role
This internship is a hybrid-remote, part time  opportunity to gain real-world experience in HR operations while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You'll play a key role in supporting HR initiatives, leveraging technology to streamline processes, and helping to build our exceptional team.  

As an HR Intern, you’ll:  
- Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems.  
- Assist in the onboarding and training processes for new hires.  
- Leverage HR technologies and tools to create reports, maintain data accuracy, and enhance administrative efficiency.  
- Participate in team-building initiatives, employee engagement activities, and special HR projects.  
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.

Qualifications
- Full-time student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred GPA of 2.5 or above).  
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.  
- Familiarity with HR software and technology platforms (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HRIS).  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored work authorization.  

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in recruitment, administration, or student leadership roles.  
- A passion for leveraging technology to improve processes and solve challenges.  
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
