Meltone Advisory is a dynamic international consulting firm, with Global headquarters based in Paris, near the Champs-Elysées. Established five years ago by 3 former associates coming from CSC (today known as DXC), the company is owned by its managers, which makes everybody really involved in this common project.

MeltOne Advisory has become a key player in Consulting and Technology in France helping organizations to run their digital transformation. We advise and support our clients from the beginning to the implementation of their Business/IT projects. Also, we design and implement ERP/Enterprise or Corporate Performance Management (EPM/CPM) / Data Visualization / BI / Predictive solutions. We provide consulting expertise on functional topics such as budgeting, planning, P2P, O2C, foreign exchange hedging, financial reportings or consolidation processes.

To do so we have developed three main business units splitting our activities into:

-       Digital & analytics

-       IS strategy

Job responsibilities:

We deliver scalable consulting, advisory, and support services to companies of all sizes. Our consultants work with our clients to advise processes that match their specific requirements, resource inputs and budgetary constraints. We bring quantifiable benefits to our clients, based on our established methodology for CPM solutions.

As a member of MeltOne you will be asked to:

-       Work in a team to analyze unique business challenges, commercial needs and functional requirements such as budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, data visualization, dashboards, modelling processes of clients.

-       Manage all internal resources by combining our expertise in consultancy and accounting, along with our technical skills to guarantee effective skills transfer and business solutions.

-       Handle long-term projects by providing support, training and end-to-end solutions to clients.

Basic qualifications:

We are looking for you to:

-       Hold a BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance/Technology/Engineering who consider embarking on an exciting consultancy career.

-       Have a real interest in digital finance transformation and possess ambition and drive.

-       Take initiative to continually improve and develop our business.

-       Have a good understanding of how technology has been changing and appreciate its power to revolutionize the way organizations work and behave.

-       As a consultant, you will be asked to support and enter a client facing role where you will be advising, training and assisting our clients on their financial systems and applications.

Professional skill requirements:

Along with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Accounting / Finance / IT / Engineering related subjects, we would love you to have the following skills set:

-       A basic understanding of end-to-end financial business processes (general Ledger, budgeting, planning and forecasting, Reporting, Financial consolidation)

-       Intellectual curiosity and the drive to learn about and master new areas of technology.

-       Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written

-       Be an excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

-       Experience and/or comfortable presenting to and interacting with clients at all levels

-       Leadership potential, a collaborative approach to problem solving, and the ability to work in a global, culturally diverse environment.

-       An entrepreneur mindset

-       Bonus: The ability to speak French
