Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team for the summer. This part-time internship is designed for students who are passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing. The intern will assist with the development and implementation of promotional concepts, email marketing, social media management, content creation, and other marketing efforts to drive engagement and customer visits to our locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support the creation of promotional materials and digital content.
- Work closely with social media content development, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Help organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Responsibilities may vary based on skill set of candidate.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic fundamentals of marketing, digital advertising, and social media marketing.

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
