This role will be part of the Customer Learning team and will work closely with Instructional Designer/Developers, Learning Management System Specialists, and Enablement Manager team members to work on projects supporting product education needs of our external customers, partners, and internal employees. This role will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the usage and importance of education deliverables including eCourses, performance support tools, virtual instructor-led sessions, and certification assessments, and be part of the process of updating these key deliverables.
Wage: $25

Key Responsibilities:
- This is a highly collaborative role, and you will work closely with other team members in updating and creating content as needed.
- Project work might include updating legacy eCourse and virtual instructor led content to incorporate new branding/templates/interactions, creating performance support tools, conducting quality assurance content reviews, updating assessments, and organizing internal certification support documentation.
- You may additionally have the opportunity to help create and maintain team process and style guide standards.
Required Experience
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Studying towards a degree in instructional design/development or instructional technology.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline is preferred. Experience with any other course development tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Wellsaid, Camtasia, Captivate are a plus.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, with a true passion for their work and desire to make their projects succeed
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment
