Wake Up Call Media LLC is a dynamic photography and video production company passionate about capturing life’s most impactful moments. We also foster creativity and education through programs like our Teen Photography Summer Camp, where young minds learn the art and craft of photography.
Note: In-person interviews will be conducted on Feb. 28, 2025, at West and Metro. These interview fairs are your only opportunity to meet and interview with hiring supervisors.
We are seeking motivated and creative student interns to join our team for the summer. This program offers hands-on experience in photography, video production, podcasting, and educational programming. If you’re eager to learn, assist, and contribute to a variety of creative projects, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
As a Summer Intern, you will gain exposure to multiple aspects of our business:
1. Photography Assistance:
Assist in photographing events, including setup, shooting, and teardown.
Support with equipment handling and ensuring shoots run smoothly.
2. Teen Photography Summer Camp Support:
Help facilitate workshops, including teaching the basics of photography to teens.
Assist with organizing camp materials and engaging with students during sessions.
3. Video Production Assistance:
Support in the creation of short video productions, including storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
Assist in setting up and operating video equipment during shoots.
4. Podcast Production Support:
Help produce and record podcasts, including equipment setup and content preparation.
Contribute creative ideas for podcast themes and episodes.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school or college student with an interest in photography, video production, or media.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video equipment is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using technology, including cameras, microphones, and editing software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about working with teens and facilitating educational programs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a creative environment.

Program Requirements
- Must be enrolled in current semester (Spring 2025)
- Must enroll in a minimum of one Summer 2025 course
- Must be returning to Tri-C for Fall 2025 Semester
- Must have a declared major on record
This position is part of the Cuyahoga Community College Summer Internship Program.
Note: International students are eligible for employment with on-campus/ internal Tri-C departments only.
