  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) that drive leads and sales at a profitable ROI.
  • Write persuasive, action-driving copy for funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and ads.
  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns, scaling what works and tweaking what doesn’t for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with the founder to strategize and implement marketing initiatives that generate consistent revenue growth.
  • Create marketing plans and campaigns to promote our bootcamp, free courses, webinars, and communities.
  • Test and tweak messaging, offers, and creative to ensure high conversions across platforms.
  • Track, report, and communicate campaign performance, offering insights and strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with marketing funnels and paid ads, preferably in the online education or course industry.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and copywriting, with an ability to craft high-conversion landing pages, emails, and ads.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
  • Strong track record of managing and scaling profitable ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with online course marketing and community-building strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • A portfolio or case studies showcasing measurable results (e.g., increased revenue, higher conversion rates, lower cost per lead, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Russell Brunson’s DotCom Secrets, Expert Secrets, or Alex Hormozi’s marketing style.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel ) and automation tools.
  • Experience marketing courses, bootcamps, or membership communities.

Key Attributes:

  • Growth-Minded: You’re always seeking ways to improve results and scale campaigns.
  • Proactive & Independent: You take initiative and thrive in a remote environment without needing hand-holding.
  • Strategic: You understand both the big picture and the details, ensuring every funnel and campaign moves the needle.
  • Results-Oriented: You’re laser-focused on performance and delivering measurable outcomes.

To Apply:

Please submit your resume, portfolio, or case studies showcasing past marketing results (e.g., funnels, paid ads, and copywriting) and a brief cover letter detailing why you’d be a great fit for this role.

If you don’t fit all the requirements, that’s okay. They are more of a wish list. Please feel free to apply and convince me you’re the right fit.
