Your Role as a Physical Therapist

As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in restoring function, alleviating pain, and improving patients' quality of life through customized treatment plans at our Allentown clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering personalized care plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
  • Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educating patients and caregivers on home exercises and ongoing care.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program (MPT or DPT required)
  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania with Direct Access Certification (or eligibility)
  • Preferably 3+ years of clinical experience with a diverse skill set
  • CPR and BLS certifications preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
